| About product | The C6032 Industrial PC extends the range of ultra-compact Industrial PCs by a high-performance modular device. The C6032 adds a further circuit board level to the C6030 single-board Industrial PC for accommodation of modular interface and function extensions. With the use of compact PCIe modules the C6032 can be adapted perfectly to the requirement profile of the application. Through the use of Intel® Core™ i processors of the 6th and 7th Generation, the C6032 is prepared for extensive axis controls, complex HMI applications, extremely short cycle times or the handling of large data volumes. The high computing performance, extending up to Core™ i7 with four 3.6 GHz cores, is suitable for virtually every automation and visualisation task. Both the compact motherboard and the die-cast zinc and aluminium housing have been newly developed in accordance with the familiar high Beckhoff standards such as industrial compatibility, Made in Germany quality, reliability and premium look and feel. In this way Beckhoff once again achieves long-term availability, robustness, flexibility and performance, combined with the well-known universal installation concept, an extremely compact design and a contemporary appearance. The use of an extremely durable, speed-monitored and controlled fan makes the C6032 suitable for a temperature range of up to 55 °C, depending on the CPU. With dimensions of just 129 mm x 133 mm x 104 mm it is also extremely compact and designed for space-saving installation in the control cabinet. With storage capacity of 40 GB M.2 SSD, 3D flash in the basic configuration, the C6032 is already fully functional. Available options are Windows 7 or Windows 10 operating systems as well as a second M.2 SSD in RAID configuration. There is a choice of eight different CPU types, allowing the C6032 to be perfectly tailored to the individual application. TwinCAT 3, the version of the Beckhoff automation software that was specifically designed for multi-core processors, can use the two-core and four-core processors of this Industrial PC generation as well as its predecessor TwinCAT 2 with single-core support. |
